At Rogue Wave Coffee, we strive for perfection in every roast, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns on brewing equipment and accessories within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Ensure the item is unused and in its original retail packaging. For coffee beans, please include a photo of the roast date and batch number if there is a quality concern.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that shipping costs may be deducted from your final refund.
- 4.Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
