How fresh is the coffee when it is shipped?

We roast our coffee in small batches multiple times a week to ensure peak freshness. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our beans and brewing equipment worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Can I return coffee beans if I don't like the taste?

As coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or quality, please contact us and we will make it right.

How should I store my coffee to keep it fresh?

We recommend keeping your coffee in its original valved bag or an airtight container, stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Do you provide grind services or only whole bean?

While we recommend grinding fresh for the best flavor, we can grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred grind setting (Drip, Espresso, French Press, etc.) on the product page.

How can I track my order?
